How To Add Google, Wikipedia, and Yahoo To Vista Start Menu Instant Search

1. Start-->Search and type GPEDIT.MSC



2. User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Instant Search > Custom Instant Search Internet Search Provider




3. Now double click on Custom Instant Search Internet Search Provider and set it to Enabled.



4. For string or DLL type Search Wikipedia and for URL type http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%w


5. And for Google http://www.google.com/search?q=%w and for Yahoo http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=%w
But for this trick you have to be using Vista Business or higher.

How To Backup Your Google Docs On Zoho Writer


Well guys on google docs you won't have feature to export all your docs format. The only way you can export your docs is one-by-one which nobody likes.
Zoho has added a new feautre which let you import your all google docs on Zoho Writer.
If you export your google docs, exports them as html format.
1. Export your all google docs as html format and then save them as Zip format.
2. Login to Zoho using your Google Account and import your google docs as zip format in Zoho Writer created in step 1.
3. Use Mass Export function of Zoho Writer to save your documents as doc format either on your HDD or anywhere else.

Want to do everything by commands?


Do you want to do everything by commands?. For example you are tired and you want to open CD-ROM tray and can move your... :) then just type Wizmo command and that's it or if you want o increase the volume of speaker just type Wizmo command.
You can do plenty of things by using Wizmo, for example: standby, hibenate, logoff, exit, reboot, shutdown and etc.. [more]

Samsung announces DSS 256 GB ultra fine and fast



The South Korean Samsung has just hit hard by announcing the imminent arrival of a SSD (Solid State Drive) SATA-II of 256 GB of an exceptional speed of 200 Mb / s reading and 160 Mb / s writing. The DSS with a size of 1.8 "and 2.5" is for the latter with a thickness of 9.5 mm and a length of 6.3 cm. Designed for laptops and for smaller devices, DSS was introduced in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, in prototype form.

Yahoo fights and delays its meeting of shareholders


Recently, we told you that the billionaire Carl Icahn had invested heavily in Yahoo by purchasing 3.6% of the company. Since his arrival, he did not hide its intention of making major changes, starting with a personal way to resolve the problem of acquisition by Microsoft.

SkyDrive: new features and bug fixes

Microsoft has officially opened its service SkyDrive in 36 countries, including France. What SkyDrive? A service accommodation and storage online. Offering 5 gigabytes of space available, it can store a large number of documents, with a selection of directories to sort, and a Public folder for the content you want to share without restriction.



Currently, SkyDrive is compatible with the following browsers:

* Windows: Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox 2 and 3, Opera and Safari
* Mac OS X: Safari, Firefox 2 and 3, Opera
* Linux: Firefox
The service continues to be updated regularly, even if Microsoft prepares in its laboratories Live Mesh, which will be the start of the unification of a number of Live services. The publisher has added support for SkyDrive in 24 new countries including Germany, Greece, Poland, Romania, Singapore or Thailand.

Users can now post comments on all the files that are hosted by the service. Concerning images, it is also possible to leave a caption on each. It also noted the emergence of a new mode of view "Miniatures", like Windows, offering a preview faster. Moreover, the sight "Details" was also added.

Finally, several bugs and various problems have been corrected.
